A meeting of the Parish Council will take place on Wednesday July 20th 2005 in Elsworth School at 7.30pm. Members of the public and press are invited to attend.

AGENDA During the first half of the meeting (at a time to be decided by the Chairman) there will be an Open Forum, when members of the public may ask questions. Anyone wishing to ask a question must notify the Clerk or the Chairman no later than 6pm on the day before the meeting.

Councillors are reminded that, under s17 of the Crime & Disorder Act 1998, the Council has the duty to exercise its various functions with due regard to the likely effect of the exercise of those functions on, and the need to do all that it reasonably can to prevent, crime and disorder in its area..
