We have a description of the possible culprits and their car as they were caught at The Poacher this morning trying to undo the wire attaching the new replacement hanging baskets to the brackets.

A lawn mower was also seen in the back of the car they were loading them into, a white Range Rover Series 2, EE997 KAC.
